Urban Wet Weather Watershed Act of 1999 designed to spur congressional action on Clean Water Act reauthorization (CWA) and amend the statute to provide for an optional unified mechanism for management of urban wet weather flows. Specifically, the draft bill would require EPA to develop regulations that establish an optional unified permitting program to address the combined effects of all wet weather flows.
Evaluating TMDLs...
