Call for Wet Weather Pollution Control Project Proposals
EPA's Office of Wastewater Management is now accepting proposals
for funding in Federal Fiscal Year 1998, which begins October
1, 1997. All proposals must relate to wet weather flows, operation
and performance of sewer or storm water collection and control
systems and/or discharges from mines or livestock feeding operations.
Last year, EPA awarded approximately three million dollars for
such projects, which ranged from $12,000 to $350,000.
Attached is EPA's formal request for project funding proposals,
and a listing of past or ongoing projects.
All proposals are due to EPA on September 30, 1997.
