It's Not Too Late!
With the March 3rd application deadline rapidly approaching, AMSA urges member agencies to apply for the AMSA Peak Performance Awards Program. This is the perfect time to have your agency’s facilities honored by AMSA for their excellence in wastewater treatment as measured by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements.How to Apply for Your Peak Performance Award
For the convenience to AMSA’s public agency members, there are a number of options available to apply for a Peak Performance Award. A facility may complete and submit their application for the Peak Performance Awards in the following ways: Online Application Process – Visit http://cleanwatercentral.org to complete and submit an online application form for the 2003 Peak Performance Award Program; Download Application Materials and Fax or E-mail — Visit AMSA's Clean Water on the Web site, and download the application form or complete and submit the application form to Mark Hoeke via fax: 202/318-1472 or e-mail: mhoeke@dfinet.ch; Via Regular Mail — mail to Mark Hoeke, at AMSA, 1816 Jefferson Place, NW, Washington, D.C. 20036.Please note - All applications must be accompanied by a copy of the NPDES permit discharge requirements.
