Don’t get lost in the holiday shuffle . . . Be sure to submit your nominations for the 2001 National Environmental Achievement Awards by the Friday, December 22 deadline.


AMSA’s National Environmental Achievement Awards program is pleased to solicit nominations in the following categories:

Individual Achievement Awards

  • Public Service — Federal, State or Local Elected/Appointed Officials
  • Distinguished Performance
  • Environment

Member Agency Achievement Awards

  • Research & Technology
  • Operations
  • Public Service
  • Public Information & Education — Video, Printed Publication and Educational Program

 

IT’S NOT TOO LATE!
This is the perfect opportunity to recognize local, state and federal elected/appointed officials for their contributions to the clean water community — as well as honor your agency and/or outstanding individuals for notable projects and accomplishments. Member agencies are encouraged to submit several entries for the 2001 National Environmental Achievement Awards program, but remember to select your nomination category carefully as each project will be considered in only one category.
