With the upcoming SSO regulations, CMOM programs and NPDES permits set to affect satellite systems conveying wastewater to AMSA member agencies, the Association is interested in determining how many satellite systems convey to each member agency as these new requirements will have implications not only on the satellite systems but also on AMSA members. AMSA’s regulatory, legislative and legal efforts and information will benefit satellite systems as regulations take effect, and to that end, the Association is working to develop a special affiliate member category for satellite systems that will provide them with the up-to-date information needed as the new requirements unfold.
Please take a moment to list your agency’s satellite systems, and be sure to include their respective contact names, addresses and phone numbers.
