Registration
To attend AMSA’s 2003 Winter Conference, please complete the online registration at www.amsa-cleanwater.org. Advance registrations must be received by Friday, January 24, 2003. Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via mail or email. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but will not be confirmed in writing. Should you register, but are unable to attend, a full refund will be made if the cancellation is received by AMSA no later than January 24. Thereafter, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied.

Accommodations and Rates
A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants at the Eldorado Hotel from Monday, February 3 through Friday, February 7. The reservations deadline to receive the group rate has been extended to Friday, January 10.. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only, with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply. To ensure a hotel room, contact the Eldorado Hotel, 800/955-4455 and indicate that you are a registrant of the AMSA Conference. The special room rate is $159 for a single/double plus applicable taxes. Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out is 11:30 am, and baggage storage is available. If you are a late registrant, or seeking alternate accommodations, the National Office will be happy to assist you with information on other hotels in the area.

Airline Reservations
AMSA has selected American Airlines as the carrier for their upcoming meeting in Santa Fe, NM. To utilize the group discount, call the toll-free number 800/433-1790 to make your reservation. Refer to the Association’s AN Number 5123AU and the conference dates of February 4 - 7 when making your reservation. AMSA’s discount rates will be available up to 5 days before and after the conference.

Ground Transportation
The Eldorado Hotel is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Albuquerque International Sunport and approximately 20 minutes from the Santa Fe Municipal Airport.

From the Albuquerque International Sunport — The Hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, two shuttle services are recommended. Shuttle reservations must be made in advance. The Santa Fe Herrera Coach Shuttle runs approximately every 2 hours at a fare of $21 each way, and reservations can be made by calling 888/833-2300, choose option #4 at the recording. The Sandia Express Shuttle runs every hour at a fare of $23 each way (a $3 credit is available for those who pre-pay their round-trip fare), and reservations can be made by calling 888/775-5696.  Shuttle schedules and additional information are available here. Taxis are available for approximately $85 each way. Upon arrival in Albuquerque, check in with the appropriate shuttle company by visiting their desk across from Baggage Claim #3.

From the Santa Fe Municipal Airport — The Eldorado Hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, shuttle and taxi services are available without reservations.

Avis Rent-A-Car has been designated as the official car rental company for the 2003 Winter Conference. Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800/331-1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is D003081. The Eldorado Hotel has valet parking available at $13 per day, including in-and-out privileges.
