Hotel Accommodations & Rates
The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $199 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Sheraton Boston Hotel for conference attendees. The reservations deadline has been EXTENDED until Friday, October 27, 2006 to receive the special rate; however, please note that rooms are limited at this point, so if you are unable to reserve the nights that you need, please contact Nirah Forman, NACWA's Director of Meetings & Conferences, at 202.833.8418 or nforman@nacwa.org for assistance. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply.

Conference Registration Fees & Information
To register for the 2006 Law Seminar, please complete the registration form (PDF) and mail or fax it along with your registration fee(s) payable to NACWA. You may also register online if you are paying with a credit card. Advance registrations must be received by Tuesday, October 31, 2006. Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via mail or e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but will not be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be made if the cancellation is received by NACWA by October 31. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.

Ground Transportation
The Sheraton Boston Hotel is approximately 20 minutes from Boston's Logan International Airport.  The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however there are several transportation alternatives to choose from:

Taxi:
The fare from Logan International Airport to the Sheraton Boston ranges from $25 - $35.

Shuttle:
There are several shuttle services which run from the airport to the Sheraton Boston with 1-way fares ranging from $12 - $14. To catch one of the shuttles, simply follow signs for ground transportation to get on a shuttle no reservations are needed.  The concierge at the Sheraton Boston can assist you with return transportation to the airport.

Car Rental:
NACWA has selected Avis Rent-A-Car as the official car rental company for the 2006 Law Seminar. Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800/331-1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is D003081.

Hotel Parking:
The Sheraton Boston has valet parking available at a fee of $38 per day, including in and out privileges.
