The NACWA room block is currently SOLD OUT at the Westin Seattle; however, a few rooms may remain for some nights at the hotel, and you can contact the hotel directly at 206.728.1000. If you are unable to secure the reservations you desire at the Westin Seattle, WE’VE MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. There are several alternate hotels nearby with rooms available. Conference Registration Fees & Information
To register for the Summer Conference & 36th Annual Meeting, please complete the online registration form and or mail or fax the hard-copy form (PDF) along with your registration fee(s) payable to NACWA.  Advance registrations must be received by Thursday, July 6, 2006. Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via mail or e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but will not be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be made if the cancellation is received by NACWA by July 6. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.

Ground Transportation
The Westin Seattle is approximately 30 minutes from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however there are several transportation alternatives to choose from:

Taxi:
The fare from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to the Westin Seattle is approximately $40 each way.

Shuttles:
GrayLine Airport Express offers shuttle transportation downtown on their Downtown Airporter at a fare of $10.25 one-way or $17 round-trip. The Downtown Airporter Desk is located at the south end of the main terminal in the atrium. Follow the signs to Scheduled Airporter Services, Door 00 just past baggage carousel 1. Reservations for return trips to the airport can be booked through the Concierge at the Westin Seattle.

Car Rental:
NACWA has selected Avis Rent-A-Car as the official car rental company for the 2006 Summer Conference & 36th Annual Meeting. Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800.331.1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is D003081.

Hotel Parking:
The Westin Seattle has valet parking available at a fee of $29 per day, including in and out privileges. Self-parking is also available, at a fee of $26 per day including in and out privileges.
