Hotel Accommodations & Rates
The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) and the Water Environment Federation (WEF) have secured a special group rate of $269 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Renaissance Washington for conference attendees. Reservations must be made by Friday, April 13, 2007 to receive the special rate. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only, with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply.

Conference Registration Fees & Information
To register for the 2007 National Clean Water Policy Forum, please complete the registration form (PDF) and mail or fax it along with your registration fee(s) payable to NACWA. You may also register online. Advance registrations must be received by Wednesday, April 18, 2007. Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via mail or e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but will not be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be made if the cancellation is received by NACWA by April 18th. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.

Transportation
The Renaissance Washington is approximately 20 minutes from Reagan National Airport, however, several Greater Metropolitan Area airports are within 45 minutes - 1 hour of the hotel by car (Dulles International Airport is approx. a 45 minute drive; Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport is an approx. 1 hour drive).

Ground Transportation:
The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however there are several transportation alternatives to choose from:

Taxi:
Approximate 1-way fares are $18 from Reagan National, $55 from Dulles, and $65 from BWI.

Super Shuttle:
Available from National, Dulles or BWI – representatives are available at all area airports or by phone at 800.258.3826. Note that the guests must make their own reservations with Super Shuttle to arrange for return transport to the airport.

Metro (subway):
Yellow line train (direction – Mt. Vernon Square/Fort Totten) from National Airport to Gallery Place-Chinatown. Exit at the 9th and G Street exit and walk against traffic three blocks.

Car Rental:
NACWA has selected Avis Rent-A-Car as the official car rental company for the 2007 National Clean Water Policy Forum. Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800.331.1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is D003081.

Hotel Parking:
The Renaissance Washington has on-site parking available at $22 per day and valet parking at $27 per day.
