With this Member Update we are requesting your comments on the Association of Metropolitan Sewerage Agencies first Association Business Plan. The Business Plan has been developed under the direction of the Association’s Strategic Planning Committee and is being presented to the membership for comment prior to its consideration by AMSA’s Board of Directors in May.
AMSA’s Business Plan is intended to serve as a guide to allow the Association to navigate successfully through its own unique competitive environment, providing a comprehensive, cohesive assessment of both where AMSA is – and where it would like to go in the future – to ensure its financial and organizational health. The Plan provides an overview of the organization along with sections addressing core initiatives, business climate, key focuses, financial management, income sources, competition, and staff development/succession planning.

Member comments are welcome and will be accepted until Wednesday, April 30, 2003.
