Individuals attending AMSA's 2004 Law Seminar are eligible to receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. AMSA is working to secure credits in a number of key states to ensure all in attendance will be eligible through reciprocity. The number of CLE credits awarded for attendance varies by state, but typically ranges from 14 -16 credits. In addition, this year’s program offers a legal ethics session — making ethics CLE credits available once again.

We have applied for CLE credit in the following states (states in bold have been approved) :

• California - 16.75 credit hours
• Colorado - 20 credit hours
• Florida - 20 credit hours
• Indiana - 16.5 credit hours
• New York - 20 credit hours
  via reciprocity with the state of Colorado
• Ohio - 15.75 credit hours
• Oregon - 15.5 credit hours
• Pennsylvania - 13.5 credit hours
• South Carolina - 16.5 credit hours
• Virginia - 14 credit hours
• Wisconsin - 17.5 credit hours
