Hotel Accommodations & Rates
AMSA has secured a special group rate of $175 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort for conference attendees. Reservations must be made by Tuesday, October 19th, to receive the special rate. After this date, AMSA must release the unreserved rooms and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply.

To ensure a hotel room, contact the Loews Coronado Bay Resort at 619/424-4000. Be sure to identify yourself as an AMSA Conference attendee.

Please NOTE: The AMSA block has been filled at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort as of October 18, 2004. You may request to have your name placed on a priority waiting list for AMSA attendees by calling the Loews directly. Conference Registration
To register for the 2004 Law Seminar, please register online. Advance registrations must be received by Tuesday, October 26, 2004. Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via mail or e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but will not be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made if the cancellation is received by AMSA by October 26th. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.

Airline Discounts
AMSA has selected American Airlines as the official carrier for the 2004 Law Seminar. To utilize the group discount, call the toll-free number 800/433-1790 to make your reservation. Refer to the Association’s AN Number 51N4AT and the conference dates of November 10 - 12 when making your reservation. AMSA’s discount rates will be available up to 3 days before and after the conference.

Ground Transportation
The Loews Coronado Bay Resort is approximately 25 minutes from San Diego International Airport. The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however there are several transportation alternatives to choose from:

Taxi:
Approximately $35 each way, to and from the San Diego airport.

Express Shuttle or Cloud 9 Express:
One-way fare is $13.00 — The shuttles can be found outside of the baggage claim area - follow signs for ground transportation. No reservation is needed for transportation from the airport to the hotel; however, the Loews concierge can set up a reservation for a return trip to the airport.

Car Rental:
AMSA has selected Avis Rent-A-Car as the official car rental company for the 2004 Law Seminar. Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800/331-1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is D003081.

Hotel Parking:
The Loews Coronado Bay Resort has valet parking available at $19 per day, including in-and-out privileges. The hotel has overnight self parking available at a charge of $16, also including in-and-out privileges.
