Fossil Trace Golf ClubAMSA’s 2004 Summer Conference marks the 18th year for the AMSA Open. This year’s tournament will be played at the Fossil Trace Golf Club in beautiful Golden, Colorado. The club features beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains, and true to its name – you can view 64 million year old trace fossils of Jurassic vegetation throughout the course. Be sure to look for the triceratops footprints adjacent to the 12th hole.

Space is limited, so be sure to indicate your attendance on the special event registration form.

Registration
$130 Per Person
Includes: greens fees, cart, lunch and beverages

Prizes
As in the past, we will be using the Calloway format for the AMSA Open.

Prizes will be awarded for:

  • First, Second and Third Low Gross and Net Scores
  • Closest to the Pin
  • Longest Drive
  • Hole in One

Brass Bowl Award
Don’t forget the infamous, yet coveted, Brass Bowl Award . . . to be earned according to the criteria established by Ken Kirk, AMSA’s Executive Director during play. Any one can win this prestigious award, from the highest scoring duffer to the lowest scoring wannabe pro.

Directions
The Fossil Trace Golf Club is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Denver. Detailed directions will be provided at AMSA’s Registration Desk at the Summer Conference.

Attire
Appropriate golf attire should be worn on the golf course, suggested attire includes collared shirts with Bermuda length shorts or slacks.
