Hotel Accommodations & Rates
AMSA has secured a special group rate of $165 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Westin Tabor Center for conference attendees. Reservations must be made by Monday, June 28th, to receive the special rate. After this date, AMSA must release the unreserved rooms and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply.

To ensure a hotel room, contact the Westin Tabor Center at 303/572-9100. Be sure to identify yourself as an AMSA Conference attendee.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out is 12:00 pm. Baggage storage is available for your convenience. Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the hotel. The address and telephone number of the Westin Tabor Center is: 1672 Lawrence Street, Denver, Colo.; phone: 303/572-9100.

Conference Registration
To register for the 2004 Summer Conference, please complete the enclosed registration form and mail or fax it along with your registration fee(s) payable to AMSA. You may also register online at AMSA’s website at www.amsa-cleanwater.org/meetings/04summer/. Advance registrations must be received by Thursday, July 8, 2004. Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via mail or e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but will not be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made if the cancellation is received by AMSA by July 8. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.

Airline Discounts
AMSA has selected American Airlines as the official carrier for the 2004 Summer Conference. To utilize the group discount, call the toll-free number 800/433-1790 to make your reservation. Refer to the Association’s AN Number 2374AK and the conference dates of July 20 - 23 when making your reservation. AMSA’s discount rates will be available up to 3 days before and after the conference.

Ground Transportation
The Westin Tabor Center is approximately 40 minutes from Denver International Airport. The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however there are several transportation alternatives to choose from:

Taxi:
$35 - $40 each way, to and from the Denver airport.

Super Shuttle:
One-way fare is $18.00 — The Shuttle can be found in the baggage claim area of the airport. The Shuttle makes regular stops at the Westin Tabor Center to return to the airport, please check with the concierge for schedules.

Car Rental:
AMSA has selected Avis Rent-A-Car as the official car rental company for the 2004 Summer Conference. Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800/331-1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is D003081.

Hotel Parking:
The Westin Tabor Center has valet parking available at $24 per day, including in-and-out privileges. The hotel also has self parking available at a charge of $12; however, this does not include in-and-out privileges.
